Question regarding Salary Cap

I keep seeing/hearing people say if we don’t resign boogie, we can’t go and use the money to sign Kawhi or another big name free agent. Why is that? I mean I know it would put us over the cap, but why can a team like GS go and sign Durant and be over the cap? ...

Nobody thinks MSU is a title contender. They do have a Heisman candidate at QB.
Miami was one win away from the playoffs last year and return a good bit. So they are absolutely title contenders ...

Haven’t been a member for long, but I have stalked the board for years. I would have to say mine is Arseinclarse.
Most of his threads are funny and I imagine he looks just like the guy in his pic which makes it even more funny...
