Had a herniated L5/S1 (this and the L5/L4 disc are very common). I had that 17 years ago and the dr told me he could do surgery, but PT and weight loss are the best options. Ended up doing two rounds of steroid shots. The first one worked immediately, but the pain came back after a few weeks. He did another round, but said he used a little different meds and targeted the area in a different spot. This one the pain remained for a few weeks but subsided. Did the PT for a few months and went in a pretty strict diet.
Had to make some changes at work such as stand at work or if I can’t then to make sure I stand every 20 min and stretch out the back. I also recall for about a year or so afterward, whenever I had a lot of activity such as golf or moving things around, that numbness would come back in my lower leg. Some Advil and more focused stretching would usually solve that pain. However, after a period of time I didn’t even think about anymore. I continue many of the stretching exercises I had done in the past and still work to maintain a healthy weight and strong core.
Good luck - sounds like the replies have a good mix of PT and let it solve itself and quick surgery. Which I guess is about right: never a straight answer.

I would not be shocked to hear that Ole Miss barely prepped last week for Charlotte. Probably spent the last two weeks prepping for LSU.
Had a grand Cherokee with ton of issues (shocking I know). All covered under warranty and every time I brought it in for service at checkout they would give me another duck. My daughter has a crap ton of them in her room now

Close, but we should be looking at AI as we do nuclear weapons. We have international rewrites around those and should have the same for AI.

I would agree with this. We have seen every major character have to grow and embrace a new attitude or point of view, and they have been great character arcs. Keeley on the other hand does not appear to have that same struggle/growth arc that they have. Her business failed and Rebecca bailed her out, and then when she pushes Roy to go on dates and learn about himself, she doesn’t take the opportunity to do the same and try to grow herself. It’s a little frustrating, but is something that is noticeable.

That is not the same for a ton of people in the state. Go to Lafayette and a lot over there are not huge lsu fans and I would say the same for New Orleans. They have Tulane and send a lot of kids to universities and colleges out of state. No reason to hate on it, it’s just what it is. So, the guys spends his entire career in New Orleans and made a ton of contacts that probably provided investment and business opportunity, why would he leave? Also, go to southern Mississippi, huge Saints fans. I would say the Saints are not just a Louisiana team but a gulf coast team.
Also, seems like it worked out for him and the kids. Would I prefer he support LSU more, absolutely but not going to fault a guy who grew up in Mississippi and went to Ole Miss to just abandon that either.

My goto physicists for these things covered this one as well. She is cautiously optimistic, but brings up valid points of this ending to repeated and validated.
She also talks about the funding of the research which is great to get a researchers point of view on the topic.

The major companies put their concerns out publicly during that Oval Office meeting with the executives. Chevron was there and as you mentioned talked about being able to ramp up pretty quick and they have.
Exxon talked about how they did the Venezuela thing in the past and it bit them, and a few other companies hinted at something similar. Deal structure would matter.
The deal should remove many of the barriers to entry for the major US multinational companies as well as other major players to enter the country with less risk than before. And that is the key to getting that country up and running and the oil flowing onto the market.
Long way to go before any major investment can begin but we are closer now than we were 6 months ago.

I have the same issue. If the relics help people remember, then after 75 years or at least the next generation those relics will have no meaning. Why work so hard to remove them?
I figured that they were not leaving the silos that night early on, it’s the only thing that made sense. I was surprised at the timing given a lot of people were still making there way to the silos. It may have been they didn’t know the exact timing but it would be soon. Stenson didn’t give a frick about being out there, he always showed an outward expression and during the practice he looked annoyed and angry.
On our second Cosori and love that thing. It’s our go to for roasted potatos, bacon, vegetables, and salmon. And the usuals: reheating pizza, and any fried food.

We went to Mastros for our anniversary last year, meh. It just didn’t live up to the hype, and much better steaks elsewhere.
I want to give Charolais a shot, no doubt the food will be special. Capital Grill has always been good. Azzuro Italian is also a really great spot next to Trulucks which has been mentioned.

Yea, I agree it had to be something local to them at the time. Otherwise when they opened the door for the dead silo the gas would get into the silo. Something is keeping everyone in the silos when there is no need to

The thing about data centers is that they will bring construction jobs for sure, but after that the impact to the state will be minimal - except for resource usage. There are huge questions on power and water usage that will need to continue to be addressed as well as tax revenue to the states. All solvable problems/questions but before jumping into large long term projects there needs to be serious discussion.
