This is not true. Historically good teams have always come to Tiger Stadium. The list includes, Notre Dame, USC, Florida State, Ohio State, West Virginia, Arizona State (game moved due to Katrina), Virginia Tech, Texas A&M (prior to being in the conference). Those are just the big name teams I can name off the top of my head that have visited Tiger Stadium IN MY LIFETIME (Born in 85). That doesn't include the mid-level, Washingtons and Arizonas that have visited here as well. Hell Oregon State came here and didn't ask for a return trip.

This neutral site game crap started when Joe Alleva arrived on campus. We all know he is lazy as frick and we know that ESPN does all of the work to organize these neutral site games. It doesn't take a genius to put two and two together.

ETA: You think if we picked up the phone and called Michigan and asked for a home and home that they would say no? You are fricking kidding yourself if you think they would turn that down.

A) You sound highly educated.

B) My complaint is not that they talk about the Saints somewhat but instead that they are starting to have Saints coverage as a large chunk of their time block. If I wanted to listen to a large volume of New Orleans based sports talk, I probably could find some shitty sports station with a host along the likes of a Gus Kattengel and his annoying voice based out of New Orleans to stream. I'm sure Koree Johnson is still out there in New Orleans sucking up the airwaves somewhere. The simple solution is that 1045/49's new New Orleans based partner station should be more New Orleans-centric while 1045/49 should remain more Baton Rouge-centric. Don't mix the two equally.

C) I mentioned that I listen to the Paul Finebaum show which obviously shows that I listen to more than one station.

D) How does me wanting more LSU content than Saints content equal that I should move out of the state?

John Ehret did the same thing to their coach just a couple of weeks ago. It is a lot more common then you realize. You just don't see it in the news because it is high school sports.
