I recall his recruitment between lsu and Michigan. He stayed at LSU because he had a kid. I guess that’s his kid.

The man is a damn fine coach.
What a BS roughing the passer. That INT would have sealed it.

The officiating in this game has been terrible.
Which carrier is it?

I live in Kentucky and deal with insurance regularly. It will depend on the carrier and policy language. Odds are they will provide liability coverage (the property damage to the truck).
The damages to your vehicle is more of a question. With what you describe it sounds like misrepresentation on the policy because you failed to disclose the risk of this driver living in your household.
Yes didn’t work for me. Can only pause or cancel.
Life is not linear bro. There is little chance that Herbstreet, Desmond Howard, and Fowler are all doing this together 10 years from now much less all of them into their 80s
I hate personal injury plaintiff attorneys more than anyone.

However, these people have legitimate claims for damages. The lawyers that do this type of business are actually providing real legal help and aren’t the jokes that personal injury attorneys are.
Roof had a leak and we noticed small brown spots on the ceiling in a corner. Had roof inspection and looks like it was due to a nail pop but it’s hard to say for sure bc the roof will need replacing in the next 2-3 years either way. Nail pop has been repaired and I assuming that will stop the water getting in.

I am running moisture meter on my wall and ceiling in the area and it’s showing around 40% over about 5x5 area on wall and ceiling. I can also smell something musty which I suspect is mold on the back of dry wall I just can’t see it.

What are my options? What can I do or who should I call to get this taken care of?

ETA: I should also add. Our attic fan went out last year and it has not been replaced. We have been here 6 years and this is the first year we have had this problem

900k would be miserable. With today’s rates and 200k down that shite would freak me out paying a mortgage on 700k, taxes, and insurance

Without a doubt. 600k looks to be the number that gets us what we want with some wiggle room.

Why are people downvoting my OP? Genuinely curious
I appreciate all the responses with good information.

Range I think we are settling in is 600K to 650k.

By those daycare costs, can I assume you’re in a MCOL city? Have you considered finding a larger, older home in an established/good area with plenty of space and using that equity to do some remodeling?

Correct. Large metro area that is reasonable cost of living. And the type of houses we are interested in are in one of the more established neighborhoods with homes built mostly in the 90’s

You can never say your job is 100% secure. I was at a company that played the "we are a family" card when the job market was hot, then it became the "you are all the company's bitch" when the market bottomed out.

I agree. That’s why I’d like to keep the brokerage account untouched. Like a back up to the emergency fund. Could keep us going for nearly two years in the event we both lost our jobs which is unlikely.

Assuming 200 to 240k is post tax. If pre tax, probably a 400k home.

It’s pre tax. Gross income. 400K is not going to get the house with square footage we would prefer for a family of 5.

They appear very secure but I feel like most people say that until they aren’t. We have both been with our companies almost 10 years.

How Much House Can We Afford?

Wife and I are in the early stages of looking for a new home. We have two young ones (5 and 2) with a third on the way and need/want something bigger. After selling the house we are currently in and paying realtor fees I believe we are walking away with 200k to put down on the new house.

I have another 50k cash on the side and 110K in a taxable brokerage. I would prefer to not touch either of these but I could if I had to. Retirement accounts are both good.

We bring in anywhere between 220k- 240k a year. No other debt outside of the current mortgage but will have daycare for the 3rd kid (12k a year) and have two in private school soon (15k combined for both).

What would you consider a reasonable price range to look in? I am okay with stretching us a bit in the short term as I am confident in our earning potential going forward and the 3rd kid will be done with daycare in 3 years

ETA: we bring in 220k-240k pre tax

Edit again: why am I getting downvoted for this?

These people are 100% going to claim injury once they blow through that $1,500. Report this claim to your insurance and let them handle it
shite stains of society. The worst kind of people.
