He's in the portal. That's the information I shared. I didn't say where he was going, dumbass.
Sorry, I don't have a link. I saw it on Twitter during our game.

Caleb Hawkins
1,457 rushing yards and 25 TD's
270 receiving yards and 4 TD's.

He hurt his shoulder very early in the Tulane game and had to come out. He had 198 rushing yards today.

I agree with all of this. Many times, I'll listen to the shows at night if I'm stuck on the phone at work during the day.

The audio problem seems to be worst on Live at Lunch. As someone else said, maybe that has something to do with the remote locations.
I have a picture of my kids outside that building around the mid 2000's. I need to find it and post it. It was abandoned at that time and I remember it was painted purple and gold.

I was at LSU from 1984 to 1989 and I have zero recollection of what was there at the time.

Ponchatoula was winless in district his senior season. That alone should have been a red flag for LSU to pull his offer.
I know this for a fact: Kiffin wanted him at Ole Miss and LSU did not offer last year.
I put the over/under at 4. Not 4 games, 4 innings on opening night.
I don't know. I don't have the names of any players.
It was told to me by a friend who would know. Just answering since you asked. I'm not here to break any news.

Ole Miss players are getting involved.

They are not happy with the administration not allowing him to coach. This could get real ugly real fast for Ole Miss.
Actually, it would make sense to make the announcement DURING the game, maybe even at halftime as another poster suggested. You have the attention of the entire fan base and it would give the program some much needed momentum.

Moscona says Kiffin may be waffling.

On his "Locked on LSU" podcast tonight, he said Kiffin may be having doubts. He spoke with someone today who said 4 days ago it was 90/10 Kiffin to LSU. That same person told him today, its 55/45 Kiffin to LSU.

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with this. I share the feelings of many on this board when it comes to Moscona. I'm just sharing what he said tonight.

Did Thompson come to LSU as a two way player? I seem to remember hearing something about Thompson pitching during his career. Braswell got some time early in his Carolina career, so that makes sense.
I agree. If he was planning to stay the whole time and he's just playing a game, Ole Miss fans should be pissed.
the vitriol he's about to face from Ole Miss fans will only squash his doubts.

re: Big Ole Miss NIL guy is big mad

Now that it's become so public that he's an Ole Miss guy, maybe his sales in Louisiana will plummet.
For me, it's 1993. LSU was in the 3rd year of Hallman and we stunk. Our record was 3-5, including a 58-3 loss to Florida and headed to Alabama as a 24-28 point underdog. Alabama was on a 31 game unbeaten streak (including ties).

The word on the street was, LSU was about to fire Hallman and hire Mack Brown. Brown was the OC or QB coach at LSU in 1982 and was a very well respected offensive mind back then. He spent a few years at Tulane and turned them around and was doing the same thing at UNC.

I was in Tuscaloosa to watch LSU pull off the biggest upset in the school's football history, in my opinion. Just shocking. I don't think this was ever confirmed by anyone, but I believe Joe Dean felt he couldn't fire Hallman after upsetting Alabama and had to give him one more year.

He fired Hallman after 1994 and Brown eventually took the job at Texas a few years later.
I'm pretty sure if two "wealthy alumni" reached out to anyone in the media, and JUST COMPLETELY VOLUNTEERED THAT INFORMATION, that dork would be the last one on the list they would call.
