My in laws were with us. My FIL is from Mexico and found a nice Mex restaurant in Reykjavík.
$50 for their nachos, but they were delicious.
We'll probably go back one day, but plan on renting an RV, load up at Costco and travel the Ring Road.

I'm a FA advisor and many of my clients have advisory/discretionary investment accounts which means they have no input on the buys and sales. META and NVDA are very popular stocks to own and in almost everyone's acct. But, restrictions can be added to the account to instruct the portfolio managers to not purchase stocks that would be a conflict of interest to the client. It's client responsibility to inform her advisor about it. If it is a discretionary acct she can't just say she didn't know about the trades.

They have built an ultra exclusive golf course in the Texas panhandle near Childress, TX. It's in the middle of nowehere. My wife grew up there. $200k+ just to join. Golf digest top 100 courses in world. Land was cheap and God only knows what else they doing there besides golfing!!!

We going a Med cruise in early Sept on the Excel. Currently booked the Infinite Veranda and currently bidding 2,510 ($5020) for the Sky Suite. My offer strength says, "Fair".
Anyone have success on a winning bid for an upgrade? Should I bid more or stay put?

5 years ago we stayed at the Royalton near Gros Islet. Very nice resort with a lots cool Brits to hang out with. Do not rent a car! That was a huge mistake. The roads are very bad with huge drop offs and I was not used to driving on left side of the road. Very scary. Google maps didn't help at all.
You can hike up the Gros Piton, but that might be an all day thing and there's golf course near where you are staying.

Off the Hook out of Thibodeaux bought one failed Zaxbys location in Gonzales. It's doing well. Work next door...always busy.
