$399 is the running price for a PS4 pro, a stronger piece of equipment than the regular, but useless without a 4k TV.
HDR is where its at , and every model of playstation 4 is capable of using it.
Honestly, buy a slim and call it a day. Its cheaper, and it gets plenty of storage. With the PS5 already in production, youll be set for awhile.
PS: 4k isnt even all that great.
