Albeit some Christians (Cubbies at the fore in this Forum) believe that mercy is a Christian Duty, and a qualification for Jesus Mercy if focus on societal policy and resources are directed at “the least amongst you”.

Lucifer believes It was wrongly booted from Heaven and that It only desired to be worshipped by those under it as did God. Lucifer errs in Its belief that God created Humanity for His/Its desire to be worshipped. A ludicrous and pernicious Idea as God does NOT need nor desire desire worship, but Love. The acknowledgment of appreciation that comes as a default of Love does lead to non-gratuitous ‘Worship’, but by no means was that God’s Creative Motivation.

IMHO. For those who worship in good faith, no foul, and maybe gain if Love grows from it. There are Scriptures that mock worship without Love.
