I think early mornings are the worst bc people for 9:30 flights are showing up for 6.
He may have saved 3% but he may have also sold it for 5% less than he could have got.

Not saying he needs an agent but pricing it right is a big part.
Not all title insurance underwriters will consider this method free and clear if they didn’t give Mennonite notice.
Supposedly this place had just added a restaurant or something that was attached. I’m wondering if it has something to do with that.
Name the super bowl teams that had a first round rb as their stud. Outside the eagles, not many in the last 20 years.
I haven’t been on that one but just got off Wonder of the seas. If you want a chair by pool, you need to go really early. Reserve shows ahead of time but if they are all booked up, still go bc many people reserve but don’t show. Food on Royal as a whole was mediocre IMO.

Overall, I preferred Norwegian. Royal nickel and dimes you throughout the whole process and the experience was probably a little worse.

You will have a great time, just trying to set expectations. I know my expectations was probably a little too high for Wonder.
Most ups stores have notaries in LA. I refer people there all the time. They are not there all day and not most weekends
Post something on a general fb group for that area and you will have like 50 replies in a min. It’s almost like asking if anyone knows a realtor.

Probates in Louisiana are not difficult if you go to the right attorneys. They should be able to be done in 30 days. Trust attorneys talk so many people into doing trusts that don’t need them. Then they sell a house in a trust and complain about having to open a bank account in the trust name.
Probably crossing state lines also.
If there was enough money on the line and I knew when it would be so that I could fast the day before, I think I could possibly do 2 dozen.

On a normal eating schedule, probably 6-8.
I would consider Miami. Typically, cheap non stop flights. Not sure from Shreveport but New Orleans always has cheap ones.

You could still do golf, weather would be perfect. Y’all could rent a boat for a reasonable price.
I’ve owned a lot of vehicles and I currently drive a Tesla Y. I don’t care about the electric, I do think it’s a small plus for me but I own it bc of the full self drive. It’s incredible how good that car drives itself and is only getting better.

I owned an X5 before this and loved the performance of it but maintenance is expensive. It was a fun car to drive if you don’t plan to keep it for more than 3 years.

The Meatatory in Prairieville makes a really good one but you have to preorder
You should only get 1 free transfer without sitting out a year unless your coach leaves.

What if Ryan Day goes to the NFL? The circus would begin again.

It should definitely be taxable but if they will catch you is another story.
The problem in that price point are a few things. You are competing with new construction. If someone can afford that house, they normally can afford a little more than that as well.

Your house is very nice but it doesn’t have a certain thing that sets it apart. Most people in that price point want either a pool, game room, or really nice outdoor kitchen.

Highland road is a really nice area but it also has its drawbacks. Someone with young kids typically doesn’t want to be on a main street like that.

As far as your original question, I work in the industry and we are busier this year than last. Still way off from Covid numbers but we will never get back there. Every Nov-Feb is slower but if you went through the busier time and still didn’t sell it, it normally means you are priced too high.

This has always been Lane. Why would he change now? It’s a big way he connects with the new generation. He constantly trolls people on X also.
