re: The disheartening part

Let’s be real here, OSU finished 4th in their conference, lost their two biggest games of the year & still got to host a CFP game against the most overrated team in the CFP last year. Notre Dame got to play Indiana (not good last year), UGA without a QB or offensive scheme & Penn State…. Penn State effectively played three non-P4 teams. Luck & favor from the committee are very normal things in the game today

Who tf has even tested OSU? Texas in week 1? I would be very concerned about Michigan & Indiana if I was OSU
All that describes Milroe, he’s not that good of a runner either
At LSU, the coach does not need to be elite, they just have to be able to control chaos & make this team their whole culture & identity & always know, once they start getting cocky, we will run them off
Agreed, but Kiffins disregard for coaching and cultural norms is exactly what we need. We have a 5th year returning starter at QB & we have 4 losses & we’ve benched him. Kiffin has a D2 QB, a year after having the most talent that program ever had & most of it left, is potentially hosting a CFP game. I don’t necessarily think we need a savant, but a coach who’s comfortable with who they are and understands that this position & program is bigger than anybody in the state. I keep having this thought cross my mind of Brett Belima, but I also keep thinking they’re gonna make the same mistake & go with James Franklin

This program doesn’t need a CEO

They need someone isn’t buttoned up. The recruiting will never be that bad where you have to win with coaching solely. They need someone who respects the position of being the most impactful person in an entire state & not think they’re bigger than the program. Someone who isn’t gonna tie themselves to one player (Nuss) & not be able to make a change. I hate to say it, but I think we need a bad media personality, not because they’re stupid, but because they’re focused on the program and doesn’t have time to worry about maintaining media relations. We talked so bad about Les & Ed O because they were awful for the image of the program, but man, those teams we nasty & never a layup
Too late for that. Taking off of work for 9 months will make anyone worse at their job
Yep…. That’s what happens when you give multi-trillion dollar businesses 99% tax exempt status so they don’t go elsewhere
Mettenberger had the greatest season for a LSU QB of all time pre-Burrow

Hey Brian…. Your post is as bad as your record vs. Ranked teams…. Anyway, we fired coaches who had ALOT more success here for not upholding the standard…. The LSU of the 80’s & early 90’s was no where near the LSU of the 21st century. If all business decisions had karma, the idea of risk wouldn’t exist….

“She asked was that the guy that guy who sat in the chair by the bed when we spit roasted the wife?”
Either way, the kid has playmaker ability & should be a name to watch in the state in 2026

Doubt it. Dudes like you don’t procreate often. Well, then again, they gotta lot of desperation in Louisiana

re: Cam Coleman at Auburn

Makes no sense. Bama doesn't have a proven guy next year at QB and he's not gonna get the touches he wants because of who's in that receiver room already. I get money is money, but guys like that want to showcase themselves and be the number 1. Also, two years at Auburn builds alot of hate towards the gumps
Who would've thought the 18 year old whose been that size since 14 years old and an all state basketball player would move that well. I remember his FR year getting an unnecessary roughness f;lag for driving Dylan Carpenter at STA into the dirt
He was a 5 star on ON3 when they ranked the 2026 class for the first time

Me too. Your son won't, but ya know low testosterone and bad built genetics do that. As for Jeremyah, he has impressed me a few times and will make a solid ath wherever he goes. I don't know his parents or him at all. He just stood out on a pretty good team

I saw the one vs. STA & Teurlings. He seemed electric
Colin Hurley recently made. A post about his relationship with Kelly

WR/Ath from EA. Might be worth a flyer. He’s their only real threat offensively when Martinez doesn’t have the Ball. If EA didn’t have a Central Middle School level player at QB (no offense to the kid, they’re just not a good QB) Maybe not a scholarship, but a preferred walk-on spot would be ideal for this kind of guy. Class of 2027, so he’ll get another year to develop & get some camp time. I think he’s originally from the Nashville area
