Ascension schools just don’t like seeing their program trending one direction and their rivals trending up. From what I’ve read, there’s a lot of heat stirred up by EA having some new coaches that have turned those programs around. Football def had good season, and is coming back loaded. Baseball has new coach that split with STA last season but swept them handily this season as did Dutchtown. Dutchtown split regular season but got taken out of playoffs for their 4 loss in last 5 to EA. Seems as though there’s a checking of the guard going on and people are panicking.

People can argue whether it’s spread or not and the definition of spread offense, but I suggest pulling up every loss Saban has had since his time at LSU and make a note of what almost all have in common. To run or offense is to not even try!

He was hired with understanding he was bringing kiffin here to run offense. He was not hired to run this offense im pretty sure.

Running up middle putting us in 2nd and 9 or 10, then throwing 10+ yard incompletion would put us 3rd and 9 or 10 then we’d Run a 4-5 yard pass and punt. I felt like this was Groundhog Day

Pro style????? Why so lsu fans can bitch because there are no pro style studs coming out of HS.....EVERY YEAR!! if you want to beat Bama you better have a dual threat and some type of option offense, hybrid or otherwise.

Why? Why would any legit team hire Les Miles? The further we get away the more clear it will be for even the most blind fan...Les is an awful coach. Ole Miss should hire him to manage their program through all the penalties then run him for real coach.

Absolutely a great hire in my opinion. Hiring Trosclair (ex ED White HC) to be an assistant was strong too. I really try to stay out of all the political bs though. I can tell you for 100% they are hitting weights etc harder than they have before. No one stands around in wright room anymore is exact words I was told.
