My Son was able to get one, pretty active we days.
Sat morning struck one up, and he came right in, son made a great shot
1st gobble until shot was right at 3 mins.

use a place like ABC title (Just call ahead to make sure the office does that)
Makes life alot easier for both parties, Also for the buyer they will send everything to Wildlife and fishers for the buyer

I tried them but they said I'd have to switch my homeowner's to them too, which I don't want to do.
I have 2 camps with them, i guess that is why it was not a problem

I have Farm Bureau for a 38hp John Deere with 3 implements
$136 a year for 30k coverage.
They also carry the insurance on my camp

Had a great hunt Sunday morning,
Hunted Saturday and had one close call,
Still learning, I just started Turkey hunting last season so I am sure I did something wrong with that bird.

Built a 20x40, 30k but all labor for interior electrical/plumbing/HVAC/finishing work was done by me and my dad.
Had local guys build exterior
20x40 $19,500.00
stick built
Metal roof

Around my place 2 bucks were killed one on 12/30 and the other on 1/1.
The one on the 30th was a young 8, no sign of any rut hocks were clean.
Son killed a broken up 7 pt older deer all rutted up. You could smell his hocks from across the field.
I have pics of does and bucks eating in green...

if you bought you can get a dozer and/or mulcher for 100-200 and hr. You would be amazed what could be in 10hr day.
When i bought my property and hand cut for the 1st 2 years, since then i get some equipment 1 once a year for a project.
Its worth it

I hunt private land that has Shawnee all around it.
But never really hunted on it. I did look into tons of places to go. the forest covers many towns,
