1) lose a little weight
Yes I’ve definitely done this. I started at about 268-270 and now down to 228ish. I’ve still got more I want to lose (would love to get to 220 with 10-12% body fat) and was hoping the running would get me there.
Like I said I can run for a while and no splints but wh...

I’ve been really getting into running over the last 3-4 months; however, I can’t seem to shake my tendency to get shin splints.

I’ve had many Tudors in my collection and they are excellent watches, especially the newer ones with in house calibres.
I would highly recommend Grand Seiko. I have multiple GS models and they are absolutely fantastic. Just as good quality as my Rolex and Omega pieces.

Anyone know how to recover the unlock code on an F-150?
I just bought a used 2021 and I don’t know the keypad unlock code. My last F-150 was new and came with a card that gave the code but this used one didn’t have that.
Anyway to figure this code out? TIA. ...
