From VA so can speak to these a bit.
William & Mary will offer the strongest degree for life after football.
JMU is the best football program and has a strong business program with a large alumni network in the DC area. Campus divided by a highway which isn’t the prettiest. JMU has a great party scene with a favorable coed ratio.
I wouldn’t consider any of the others.

Rittenhouse rye for me tonight.
I’ve owned a S&W M&P Shield, a Springfield XDs, and a Sig 365 as my concealed weapon over the last 7 years. I’d take the Sig all day long. The real answer is shoot a few different options and go with whatever feel right. You’ll know.
My preference was 1. Sig, 2. XDs, 3. M&P Shield.
