Roth, this is a no brainer.

He has a poor roster and may end up being successful, but how is a team supposed to get behind and get motivated by Coach Moore.

Seems soft, physically and speaks in a way not usually seen in a successful coach.

He and Mickie Loomis should have a contest on the most soft spoken, and least motivating personalities in all of sports. Throw in Mrs. Benson, and you have three strikes. Can you imagine the 3 of them giving speeches to the team.
