Maybe an elderly (maybe dementia) driver enters interstate wrong way into oncoming traffic. I’ve seen it before.

I remember when I started driving, I would pull up to a stop sign or red light and stop. Looking out the window and down you could see six to eight inches deep of cigarette butts and ashes piled against the curb. Apparently people used the “stopped” opportunity to empty their vehicle ashtrays right there on the side of the road. :dope:
