re: Walt Disney World Golf?

I played Champions Gate International, Grand Cypress and Disney Palms about 4 years ago on a Disney trip. All three courses were great. I really liked the International Course at Champions Gate. If I ever go back I will play the National course.

The Palms course was a typical parkland country club style course nothing overly special. The course conditions were fantastic at all three courses, the local courses I play at home are goat tracks compared to those three. None of the courses seemed to be overly slow. Grand Cypress had probably the worst rough to play out of but I think that is due to the style of course it and is intentional. Grand Cypress is a links course designed by Nicklas inspired by St. Andrews. All the greens are double greens with a ridge in the middle to separate the holes. If are accurate enough with your approach shots you can aim at the proper side of the ridge and the ball will move to the hole. I ain't that good but it was fun to try.

CG International and Palms have the widest fairways I think I've ever
played. I hit some really bad drives on both and was still in the fairway. The rough on both of these courses was better than some fairways I play regularly.

I wouldn't hesitate to play all three courses again on another trip. I had originally planned to play the magnolia course on that trip but it was closed for renovation so I opted for Palms.
Just roll back 30 minutes in November and leave it alone from there.
This war has been going on for two years. Why are women and children still in the area? If they were my family I would have done anything to get my family out of harms way.
How do you unify with a group that are diabolically oppose to your beliefs and are willing to kill you for it?

150 gr. 30-06 sighted in at 100 yards drops 1.625" at 200 yards. Aim at the base of the skull and bullet hits pretty close to the spot it appears in the video and will create an exit wound similar to the video.
That swoosh you heard was my point going over your head. Only one tax is getting paid per property. Yes any property owner should wrap those costs into the monthly rent or they are losing money. Both the renter and the owner can’t lay claim to paying the taxes. Only the owner can claim that honor. So the claim that renters pay property taxes tax is stupid, they pay rent, the owner pays the taxes.
Which party is paying the tax the renter or the owner? You can’t have it both ways, one of the two is not paying taxes.

On paper the owner pays the tax. The renter should have skin in the game to help pay for govt services they use.

Texas eliminated the inspection sticker but you still pay the part of the sticker cost that went to the state 7.50. Its now just part of your registration.

This is a funny post. Last week I was watching Texas and Kentucky I believe. At the beginning of the game the SEC+ network show a stat bragging about how good the SEC has been in baseball historically. Including all of Texas’ and OU’s trips to the CWS, titles and runner up finishes even when nothing either team has accomplished has anything to do with SEC. I guess all that counts when it helps your agenda
