Thank you for proving my point. It usually affects plaquemines because they are further south. Hence the special nature of this year’s intrusion projected to make it over 100 miles upriver. Which certainly doesn’t happen every year or anything close to it

Right. The people saying “this happens every year. It’s nothing” are low functioning retards. Obviously there will be temporary solutions implemented until the saltwater intrusion subsides, but this is not a problem that is dealt with every year by any means

I went to college with some. A handful are scuba instructors living that island life now. I don’t think they make any money but there are worse ways to go thru life I guess.
