For the most part, the cost is divided three ways: $4.75 to the station performing the inspection; $4 goes to Louisiana State Police; and $1.25 goes to the Office of Motor Vehicles. The extra $8 cost in the five parishes goes to the emission testing. The revenue is used to fund the operating budget of each agency.

Double left turn lanes are almost always protected only. There are some exceptions but not on LA DOTD Highways like Nicholson (LA 30) or in EBR. If there was a signal malfunction, there is a conflict monitor in all traffic signal cabinets that would have put the signal into a flashing operation.

it is in Orleans Parish and the CoC website is not the greatest. I had checked full name parish and obituary and nothing. Obits used to be required but not anymore. My uncle has a friend that lives around the corner and told him she had passed.

the one hit i get on the internet is from Trellis which shows a General Probate filed in Orleans Parish for a Succession. i dont know if the site is legit or not.

I had suspectted that a good friend of my grandmother, who was like an aunt to my dad, had passed. My grandmother and father have passed and she was 95 and really no other family. I called her every so often just to talk but I called a few months ago and it had been since Christmas that I spoke to her last and phone was no longer in service.

No obit I can find and internet searches provide little help. I did find some sort of court record of a succession but can't access it. Any advice anyone can provide would help. Thanks in advance.
