I liked them better as Phried Ice Cream.

I happened to catch Johhny Marr at the Fillmore a few months ago in NOLA. This song still hits so hard even with Johnny singing it.

I went down this rabbit hole a few years ago. Apparently she was a model from Alabama and is still alive today (or at least a few years ago.) She had no connection to the band whatsoever - she didn't even like their music. The band never even got to meet her.

Congrats to you my friend. I tried semi-retirement a couple of years ago and it about drove me crazy. I learned that I will most likely work to the day I die. Strangely, I've come to terms with it lol.

I picked a decent one up at Macy's a few years back. Under $200. Not sure if they still carry them or not.

I wouldn't think so either, but I was just responding to whoever was asking the question earlier.

At MSY now as well. Didn't see anyone official per se, but I did see a lady fall down on the ground crying when her family picked her up outside. I assumed she was flying in to deal with the loss of a loved one. Very surreal to see. The airport feels like a funeral right now.

As someone who pays taxes in CA, the CDTFA is feverishly laughing at your statement right now.

Wondering what happened to the Boston show. I guess this may get added as an extra date if the other shows sell out.

There were over 14 million people from over 160 countries that were trying to get tickets for the UK shows. Only 1.3M or so succeeded. And both NYC and Boston are fairly accessible to the UK. I imagine demand will be thru the roof again, especially since noone knows whether there will more shows anywhere else outside of US and UK.

Sooo fun fact, legalized hemp offers a lot of the same products, completely federally legal, with the same THC concentrations, which you can buy in Louisiana now, without a dispensary.
I love all of the noise and chatter legalizing MJ saying it's going to ruin the community etc when its already essentially legalized and society hasn't completely fallen (yet).
I couldn't agree with you more. Legalization has already occurred and hardly anyone realizes it yet! People look at me like I'm crazy when I say it. I PROMISE you that the THC gummies you find at a smoke shop are the EXACT SAME gummies you'll find at a dispensary, but at a fraction of the price.

Word is that US tour dates are getting announced on Friday. Look for shows in NYC, Boston (Patriots stadium), Chicago (Soldier Field) and LA (Rose Bowl or SoFi), and Toronto. Will be one - two dates at each stadium (depending on demand).
There's still about 13 million people remaining without tickets. Ticket master and livenation better beef up the servers if they want to avoid another shitshow lol.

Easy one. 2001 season opener against tulane. At 7 pm kickoff it was 99 degrees. They ran out of water in the entire stadium by halftime. Needless to say, we left at halftime and I haven't been back in August or September since.
