Funny. I'm stealing this meme. Thx much. BTW I make this ridiculous post every year. I like to amuse myself and annoy some of the Ranters.

Since some of you have asked about the origin of the midfield logo at Tiger Stadium. I'd like to take this moment for clarification.
.
It all started during my freshman year at LSU: Having quickly become a legend with the coeds, I took a sabbatical to Thailand, was kidnapped one evening, and ended up in a house of ill repute. Upon waking the next morning I noticed this awesome new tattoo on my arm and asked the ladies in bed with me where it came from. They told me it was the ancient Thai symbol of sexual prowess which they had bestowed on me because they had determined that I was, quite obviously, the reincarnated sex god of Thai legend (symbolized by the tiger) who had returned to earth to pleasure them all. Since I couldn't argue with any of these assumptions and I really liked the design I never had it removed; in fact, I have worn it proudly ever since (see below).

After returning to school word of my sexual talents spread rapidly and I became an even bigger hit with the coeds, sometimes entertaining entire sororities in a single weekend. One of my favorite romping areas was the field at Tiger Stadium since it would accommodate the required large crowd - me and my scores of ladies. Sadly, however, I soon graduated and left Baton Rouge to seek my fame and fortune as the world's foremost renaissance man. After I left, several dozen rather misty-eyed sorority members sneaked into the stadium one night and painted a replica of my tattoo on the midfield as an eternal tribute to my memory. The AD at the time (Broadhead, I believe) saw it, liked it, and since two of his daughters were Tri-Delts who had helped paint it, left it there. It has been there ever since and, I'm betting, will remain there as long as there are legions of coeds, both past and present, who, upon seeing it, remember me and get all weak-kneed and melancholy.

And that, my friends, is the true story of the origin of the Tiger Eye. Don't believe me? Just catch me at a game this fall or on the beach in Ft Walton/Destin this summer and I will show you the original.

All hail to me, Billy Bowlegs: direct descendant of blood-thirsty pirates and the originator of the Tiger Eye!

ultratiger89 I have an MBA thank you very much and learned very early in life not to engage targets of which I know little about.

p.s. what exactly is a "thirdt grader"?

"Where have you been?"

El Salvador. I disappear for all of August, disconnect from everything and spend the entire month engaged in various forms of debauchery.

It's a tough life but somebody's gotta do it.

'Mealy mouth" is a better descriptor.

Dabo Got humbled. BFT.

I met the prick at a Summer League baseball game in Birmingham one year and he came across as just that - a genuine prick. MF was humbled last night. Just deserts...Eff him.
"Clempson" = personal vernacular. It really pisses them off. (Note: See Websters for definition of "vernacular").

Curiel family

I talked to the Curiel family during the Oklahoma game. (I knew who they were because they had their 2 Golden Retrievers with them.) First things first: the oldest dog is named "Bo" and belongs to Derek; the youngest is named :"Tiger" and is Bo's puppy. He belongs to his mom. I asked her about Derek returning next year and she said "Whatever God has planned".

Very religious family and a jewel of a lady, both she and her sister. Very impressed. I had my picture taken with her and sent it out to my family and told them this is my next future ex-wife. She's a honey. Derek's sister is a 10.

Wrong. He had 3 wall scrapers that would have been out with a more favorable wind. He was just lucky.
After the game Gatewood said tha Cassanova was playing "in his jockstrap".

Dumb MF enrolled at Tulane, then was promptly kicked out of school for driving a stolen car.
