And Tennessee did? I don't think so!
SEC

Although the SEC is always the strongest league, not this year at the top. Ohio St. , Penn State and Oregon all would smoke the SEC. They play like they have something to prove.

I think coaches, should be required to sign contracts just like players, in my industry we have non-competes that keep us from moving from company to company. The same thing should happen in college football. Also all of your points are completely wrong.
re: How many of you are about to give up on college football?

I think the playoffs will be exciting but, I no longer care about games like I used to. I had 8 season tickets on the 40 for 20 years, lower level row O now I have none. I would say I have less interest!
re: Sloan is the problem = NO scheme

Wait, you mean the fact that we run and RPO offense, with a QB that doesn't run.
re: It could be worse

I doubt it, but he better thank God he had Jayden Daniels
It could be worse

If we lose to South Carolina and Ole Miss we are 4 and 6. Those could have easily been loses. SC QB stays healthy and Ole Miss catches the ball and the heat is all over Kelley.

I would agree
re: Major faults

He had a terrible game last night, it looked like he didn't want to tackle anyone
Major faults

Bama was bigger, stronger abd faster. LSU DB'S Do not wrap up and tackle, We do not run the ball well.

Face it, today's fans are fickle and the students, are spoiled
re: Cheap Talk

The facts are the facts, even though USC had new talent and coaches, they were like us pitiful on defense last year. Watch Notre Dame run all over them!

I couldn't agree more, but no need to tell the world via a press conference before tge game how great you are going to be, and the not back it up. Bear Bryant would have benched that guy in a heart beat. Plus it is our leaders that are the talkers. It is a different day in College football
Cheap Talk
Posted by Ethan Martin on 9/2/24 at 11:11 am
I will not mention names, but all our leaders on the O line did was talk about how well we were going to run and how dominant they were going to be. Well when it counted we couldn't get a yard against a poor USC defense.
This trash talk BS needs to stop. Kelly's team is one of the most undisciplined LSU teams ever.

re: LSU vs FSU in ‘82...awesome night in Tiger Stadium that I’ll never forget

That team should have never lost a Game, and Lost 3 and tied 1, lost to State, Tulane and Nebraska, tied Tennessee.

re: LSU vs Tulane bowl game??

Tulane would be awesome. They are very good.
re: Who is the most dominant Defensive player in LSU history?

I am in my 60's, Michael Brooks, and not close. Lyman White was really good.
