Yes, it was him. #3.
I went back and watched just to see last night. He walked 3 times in a row, the first one being the long pause and stare. The second two were these weird cocky bat tosses while holding his hand out for a time after the toss. The third walk ended up being the KO tag to the face. Last two ABs he struck out looking

I think if he included Popeye's, he would have chosen it as #1.

re: 30% of gross income for mortgage payment rule
Posted by Dicky on 3/16/26 at 1:12 pm to Yeti_Chaser
IMO, a home is the most important purchase of your entire life. Whatever amount you dedicate to this mortgage payment needs to be directly proportional to how important home life is for you and your family. If you would rather spend your time traveling, or not at home, then yeah sure try not to spend too much on it.
I live on 10 acres in the woods. We love our little place away from the madness of life. Our home is everything to us, our pride and joy. I would have dedicated up to probably 35-40% of my income to my home if I could go back.
Invest in your life, fellas.

I disagree with you, on the account that there is nothing wrong with your wife being with you. However, south Louisiana, or even the entire south in general, has this weird epidemic of men thinking it is cool to be dumb. So that's probably all it is.
The free weekly games suck--just do away with that and boom budget problem solved.
Why is it "spend it or lose it" and not just "spend it or roll it over into the next year"?
Only reason I can see is for planning future budgets where they think another department needs more funding (they don't) and they go down the list and say oh hey we can cut here because we didn't blow the budget on king crab and actually have a ton left over. Now this other department will have enough to slam back some ribeyes and sushi.

Merket is going crazy, the value of this house is going up like $100k every hour.
He must be kind of stupid.

If you honorably serve in the US military, you should be a citizen. You're already more patriotic than 90% of the country.

News channel snobs
You are spending an incredible amount of time on this to make an extra $6k/year.
Why does everyone complain about the thin-fried catfish when you can just order the not thin-fried catfish

To truly experience the game and what it is supposed to be, I encourage you to try getting into either raiding, mythic+, or ranked PvP. End game does a very great job nowadays of having something to offer to just about anyone at any skill level.
Getting to level 90 isn't supposed to be earthshattering.

Dawg if you think going to the permit office is the worst part about the building process, you're in for a rude awakening
I'm building right now with a GC--just willingly handling all the easy things myself to stay involved, and permits is one of them.

I just rented and ran a 36" trencher yesterday to run a 650' water main. It handled just about everything I threw at it other than hitting concrete and pine stumps, which I had to go around.

I still to this day can't wrap my head around how the American flag and loving your country has become a symbol of hate to the left.
It is sad that you can tell someone's political stance by whether or not they're flying USA flags in the front yard. That alone speaks volumes.

I don't know what this is but no way in hell it's better than a Big Mac.
All seriousness though I have never in my life heard of this being a consideration for someone buying a laptop
