Not an expert on salt, but I'm sure its fine. I think you just want something as natural as possible and less processed.
I just did Redmond's off the rip - bought the shaker and 1lb refill bag and keep buying refills.

Cut out the snacks. Eat 4-6 eggs for breakfast, burger patties or steak for lunch and same for dinner.
I think it's easiest to only eat red meat and salt. I season with Redmond's real salt, and top with Maldon flaky salt and butter.
You'll start to crave salt and fatty meat. You'll dial in how much you need to eat and when. Go with the flow and listen to your body. If I need variety, I will have chicken thighs/legs or salmon but don't over do it, chicken doesn't have the same minerals as red meat.
If you're on social media follow carnivore ray. Kind of a goober but posts good content.

Without providing sensitive info, I asked Grok to estimate my wife's 1099 taxes for this upcoming year. Last year our CPA said to pay $7,500/qtr. Grok says this year should be $800/qtr.
I am no tax expert but I was coming up with similar #s to Grok for 2024. My W2 gets taxed like a MFer. Bonus was taxed at 38%.
