I thought I read some of Bridgeland is getting a little ghetto? I've never been so take that with a grain of salt. Thought it was nice but there is a ton of new development going up all over that area so things could change long term. Tomball ISD would be a solid choice, likely no MUD taxes, moderately close to family. Getting downtown would be tough.

In a similar situation as you but lower assets/higher comp. Currently rent and finding it difficult to imagine doubling my housing costs and wife staying at home in 2-3 years.

I like Fitness Culture. They have two programs for women.

Video instruction in the app, tracks what weights you use, can scale 30/60/90 mins depending on how much time you have that day.

I've yet to see one of their programs 'run out', so you don't have to find another program every 12 weeks.
Seems like you'll hit 140k in 2.5 years, maybe 3. Plus depreciation...but after a quick search I'm shocked that 2015-2019 Raptors with 130k+ miles listed for 30k+.

Ford offering 0% on non-Raptors...

How did you find tesa? My visceral number on an InBody test is toward the high end of the range. I've been on cjc 1295 + ipa blend for about 3 weeks. Started it as I began lifting again after a 5 months hiatus. Really noticed lack of soreness after the first few days.

I'm over it. It's actually somewhat addicting. If you put any effort into finding the right supplier, you start to worry less. Of course, anything can happen but it's mostly copacetic.

Buddy, where do you live? $1,500 per kid is easily the norm for full time daycare. Some exceed $2,000.
For almost two years I worked out religiously at lunch. Bunch of life changes recently (move/job/kid) and I'm just now working out after 4ish months off. I'm going in at 8/830p after kids go to bed. It's pretty nice, not crowded at all.

I might be a little sluggish, but not too bad. Would like to take preworkout before but the stuff I like is heavy the caffeine and I don't want to stay up all night. Haven't tried finding another yet.

Reta 30:

Edge: $1,000 for 300mg total = $3.33/mg

GLP forum vendor: $210 for 300mg total = $0.70/mg

Lots of routes to go. Broken record here given a surge of peptide threads. Everything is from china. They produce all the APIs.

I am a big hater of sites like simple peptides, peptide crafters, etc. They buy on the cheap from china, and resell single vials for 10-20x.

With something like Reta, you’ll probably need more than a couple vials (possibly 20-30 if you’re on it long enough).

If you want ease, go to nexaph. They take credit cards and ship quick. Still over priced.

If you’re halfway technically savvy, go to GLP forum. Read reviews, check out the vendor list page. Find 3rd party tests. You will have to join discord and telegram groups. Order by messaging reps, no website ordering. Be prepared to pay crypto.

There’s gonna be risk no matter which way you go, all up to your tolerance.

Why would his family go to Gainesville if he was signing with LSU all along? I’m legitimately curious.

if you were worth...$50 million...would you spend $20k on a flight to gainesville for the illusion of interest in UF and chance to up an offer from LSU by $10 or $20 million?
That doesn't seem too bad, especially compared to Houston area courses.

Have thought about Windcrest to have a reason to try and play more golf, but I have very young kids and not much free time. May start with TWCC social or sports membership and move up when able.
