I’ve never heard Doris so quiet.

A center is gonna have more rebounds than a guard obviously.
And guards should have more assists than centers, yet they are about even.

One 1 out of 3 metrics, one is double the other. I wouldn't say that was comparable.

So percentage of points/rebounds/assists is meaningless to determine the overall value of a player to their team?

Interesting stat:
Meaningless stat. To OKC's credit, they have a much deeper team and so minutes and points are spread more thin.
Jovik has accounted for 27.6% of Denver's points, 29.3% of their rebounds, and 27.2% of their assists. Meanwhile, SGA is accounting for 25.3% of OKC's points, 15% of their rebounds, and 28% of their assists.
Clearly, Jovik is more valuable to his team (not that anyone needed stats to prove it).

This Lakers roster may have the least depth of any playoff team I've ever seen, especially considering they were the 3 seed. They had no faith in any bench player (including a nominal starter) to give even a couple minutes in the second half.

Looks like the Lakers have a total of 2 players on their roster capable of playoff basketball.

Great execution at the end by Orlando.

An interesting rabbit hole is Perry being accused of elderly abuse by taking advantage of them in real estate deals. Did not expect that.

Shocker, another dirty play by Dort.

Yeah, looks like he got shoved in between Adams and Green that forced him forward.

In this series, I think he'll be on the court mostly to spell Naz Reid. Otherwise he's not going to have much value because he's never been a threat offensively and isn't helping much defensively on the perimeter.

The Lakers don't have a center that needs guarding around the rim (or a center at all really) so Gobert's strengths are greatly minimized. Luka (and even Reaves) pull him out of the paint and work him on the perimeter. This also takes him out of position for rebounding.
Hayes has been absolutely awful this series but Gobert can't capitalize because he has no offensive game himself.

So 12-11 disparity even without Hayes? This is what yall are complaining about? Lol

I mean it’s 12 fouls on Lakers 12 on Minnesota, how much more even should it be lol

It's a complete story. After watching all three seasons twice, it's difficult to separate the seasons as it tells a seamless story. Don't want to give away anything. One of the best shows I've ever watched.

They did. They contacted the Bucks and Minnesota. Neither wanted Luka.
Marc Stein, who probably knows more about this trade than anybody, said this wasn't true. At best, the Mavs approached both teams with an intentionally vague trade offer without ever mentioning Doncic. Stein has insisted the only team that ever was given Doncic's name was the Lakers.
re: Jokic with the clutch flop

In the first clip, watch Harden's hips. They go right into Jokic's groin, that would have been painful. Plus it's Harden so who cares.
The second clip, looked like a clear flop. However, Powell was hand checking with both hands which is a clear foul. Jokic was exaggerating to point it out since the refs were too blind to see it.

McBride did an album called Everlasting that had covers of R&B and Soul songs. Maybe it was from that?

Shams has been amazing this year. It’s hard to think of a story he didn’t get out first.
