It was impressive how he pitched backward after that first inning. CB and slider were working so stayed away from his FB which he couldn’t locate well. That was big time to be able to make that adjustment and still keep them off balance. ...

Absolutely right. Championship hangovers are real, just look at Florida who is not lacking for talent either. This team has talented players however our pitching took way too long to come around for whatever reason.
The lack of timely hitting is probably the most surprising thing with this tea...

There is a defensive drop off if you go Bingham over Kling but the offensive upside has to outweigh that at this point. Kling’s at bats have been really bad this weekend. ...

He’s been better this month at the plate and I get why Jay keeps him in the lineup. It’s got to be a mental thing with Kling at the plate. He seems to have trouble recognizing pitches and guesses way too often. When he guesses right he gets good results. It’s frustrating to watch though because he ...

Milazzo does a better job of receiving and blocking than Neal or Trav. Better arm and accuracy for throw downs as well. Does he have passed balls? Yes. But he’s in a much better position to block than Neal when the ball is in the dirt. ...
