Mississippi’s problems stem from Jackson and the delta. North Mississippi and the coast are both making major turnarounds. If they can clean up the center of the state Mississippi has plenty of room for growth.

They just need to flat deck it and be done. There’s very very minimal marine traffic that would be affected by not having a swing or draw bridge. This would reduce the cost by tens of millions of dollars.

Others are saying Bay St Louis. It is definitely a nice place to live. It sounds like you may be older. I would also recommend to look in the kiln. Nice area on the rise and not as much risk hurricane wise compared to the bay.

They gave an intelligent and now pissed off man 4 years to think and stew. They actually screwed the pooch in 2020. Dems should’ve gave it to him then. Now he’s out for blood and the brand is bigger than ever.

Getting off the field on third down has been horrendous for years now. Offense has not been the issue. Lockdown corners and nasty d lineman will do that. Shootouts are fun but shutouts are better.

Deboer is a good coach. Alabama will still be a good team. We are used to seeing the team being run like the marine corps. Everyone knew the coach coming after Saban was in deep shite. With a little discipline and a new qb that team is as dangerous as it’s always been.

Stand alone garage depending on siding materials, insulation, wiring etc at a guess would be $50-$70 a sq ft. Many variables though including site prep driveways etc.

I live in bsl and it’s one of my favorite times of the year. Big into cars so maybe that helps. Also I’ve never met a group of whinier people than people in bsl.

I called this morning also. The rebates in fine print screw you. 3500 if you trade in. 2500 for military. 2500 if you’re a medical professional or teacher. 2500 if you’ve purchased or leased a Chevy within the last three years. So 21k. Rebate goes to 11k. It’s bait and switch. You can get the same rebate without all the bs at your local dealer.
