Would you buy a townhome?

I'm not a fan of yard maintenance and live in area where townhomes aren't ghetto shitholes. A decent single detached house here are 500k+ while upgraded townhomes can be had for 100k less. The concern is they won't appreciate as much but it beats continuing to pay rent. What says the OT?...

Did it last year and regretted it. I'm in tech and the job market is absolute shite right now. People with 10+ years of experience are having trouble finding anything. Outside of healthcare, the white collar job market is rough with interest rates being so high. Wouldn't recommend quitting unless you...

Cam Jordan sucks now. Lattimore and Ramczyk are still good but injured a lot. Demario is still elite but his production is likely to fall of a cliff any day now as he's old AF....

They were the only guys with a pulse this series. JV was always available and handled his lack of playing time with class. Naji learned how to control his inner Jordan and had a ton of timely buckets this season. Sucks they won't be in a Pel uniform after today. :wah: ...

Cheap housing, good schools, low crime, beautiful topography, etc. The city of Birmingham is a shithile with a higher murder rate than New Orleans....

Downtown Detroit has come back well. The rest of the city is still a shithole. Detroit has always had good suburbs and those are continuing to grow as people are moving to the Midwest for cheaper housing. ...
