re: Moore to Auburn

safe to melt yet?
Miami signed the 21st,22nd, and 23rd ranked corners last cycle, have a both a 4 star sophomore and 4 star commit and 2 senior corners. The spin that they are promising him a starting spot at corner just isn't true and was just created to soften the blow.
Prepare for a message from the mods reprimanding you for not pumping sunshine.

I agree. But he's an 18 year old kid that is set on it. Miami sold him on being a starter at CB early on and he saw our CB depth chart.

and all that happened from Sunday (raving visit reviews) through today....?

You're just too fricking stupid to argue with, have fun being miserable

 have fun being delusional. If having Hampton who may or may not come, flott a project, radar a project and a verbal from a guy next year from Cali who may or may not come scares a guy off from wanting to play for LSU and you're ok with that then there's absolutely nothing I can say to convince you otherwise.

He wants to be a CB though.

and I want to be a Jeff Bezos, he ran a mid 4.6 at one camp and a mid 4.7 at another, he's going to play safety.

kids go sit at 2 other SEC schools for 3 years to play and we can't fight off Miami the off season after we embarrassed them.

Do you think the game played between Miami and LSU has anything to do with his decision? Really?

It has more to do with LSU signing the #1 and highest rated CB ever by 24/7. It has to do with LSU having the #1 CB in the nation committed for next years class.

It has something to do with having Kelvin Joseph - a higher rated 4-star than Williams. It probably has something to do with having Maurice Hampton - a higher rated 4-star than Williams. It has something to do with having Kary Vincent Jr - a higher rated 4-star than Williams. It has to do with Kristian Fulton who was a 5-star.

It may be ok to some but it's frustrating to me when the very reason we hired our head coach was to be the best at recruiting.

I'm frustrated too. It pisses me off that he just signed the #1 CB in the nation - the highest rated CB EVER. I'm annoyed as hell he has the #1 CB in the nation for next year's class committed. This is so devastating to me, ha ha ha. WTF !!!

Get the frick off the recruiting board if you know absolutely nothing about recruiting.

hard to compete against Sting and Ricks when he's projected to play safety dummy

If LSU promised Williams a starting spot, he wouldn't be going to Miami.
if LSU has to start promising starting spots in our secondary for recruits to sign we're in trouble sir
Very true, they should make a movie called drum line to cast a light on such disparity
Wades team is winning on talent. Much to be desired from coaching

Devin signed with Jordan Brand and is training out in California. I think you can read btw the lines as to what to expect.

Can confirm this to be a total lie. Hasn't locked in on a agent yet and you don't get/negotiate shoe deals without an agent unless this happened in the last 24 hours. If it did happen within the last 24 hours that means he hasn't been training anywhere in California as you indicated as well.

actually used to be a CCA and still registered with the NFLPA and actually played college ball so I might have a few clues. Thanks old man
I'd imagine they are going to submit post to this twitter with gobs of racial insults that a lot of black players just have to sweep under the rug. Players of every background get insulted but angry white fans like to pull out their full arsenal when it isn't a white guy. Lots of players have shared their hate messages in the past and it's just accepted as the norm. Not saying he won't get them in Ohio but I'm sure it will be better than the south and will put the NCAA in a tough spot to say that doesn't matter.
He should turn pro and enjoy everything he's worked for. Buy a nice house with some land and a kick arse barn and pasture for Daisy Mae and future horses and finish your degree during the next two off-seasons. You've played for free and been selfless long enough. Guice loved BR and the team as well and he's a prime example of you never know what the next down holds. None of the professionals on this board would pass up a "promotion" with an 18M signing bonus for work family or the ability to help their current employer hit next years goals, that is the employers' responsibility. Live ya dreams kid

I really wish 247 would go even further to separate projected positions, and they should absolutely indicate who is signed and who is not signed on their prospects rankings lists.

It's there but you have to drill down to the player profile from the prospect list to see the sunrise next to their class year. I agree they should also have it on the overall prospect list as well
I'm a little bearish on anything coming out of NY let alone an underrated guy. Went back until 2014 looking at rankings and it aligns with my gut feeling. I'd probably assumed he'd drop some weight also going from NY climate to BR heat. Wasn't a bad looking blocking TE his junior year tho
