you want to lose fat, not muscle. You need muscle because if you lose muscle you will just become skinny fat. Just because the weight shows you being lighter doesn't mean you're healthier. You can eat a ton of protein, stay the same weight but look leaner. You need to lose fat...

there's a very high chance most of the people using it aren't getting enough protein, hence why I believe it is bad for people. A lot of people will just get fatter once they stop it. But thats just my opinion, people dont want to diet and exercise. They just want a quick fix
