Kickoff return

Posted by Picayuner on 8/15/26 at 3:19 pm
The kickoff return was a good run but bad special teams. Three saints escorting him down the sideline with the best seat in the house. Tackler runs by all 3 to make the tackle. They weren’t even looking to block anyone

Saints are khaki and black now. Horrible

Saints uniforms are horrible. That’s not gold it’s khaki. Bring back the old colors and NEVER wear black ballet leotard pants. Those are embarrassing. The helmets need to go back to gold with the big emblem, not the tiny baby one on khaki.
Not a mistake. Iran was surely going to drop a bomb on London, Paris, and Tel-Aviv. It’s the reason we started this. Unfortunately, maybe our military strategy should switch to protect the homeland ONLY. Let everybody else fight it out. One mission statement. Anyone that so much as touches our homeland in a bad manner will be destroyed completely. And we’ll deport every non American. PERIOD. But until we audit every sitting member of congress, department heads, lobbying firms , defense contractors CEOs etc. we are screwed. I would suspect 90% belong in prison
Israel seems to payoff for the politicians….
Michoud is active, what are you talking about ? Tons of contractors working on site for the Armetis space craft etc…
There are Jefferson parish employees retiring in their 50s at $78,000.00 per year for life. Government employees and their unions are killing the taxpayers

Government employees are ripping us a new one. It needs to stop.
You people never learn. First game, new system, new communications, new players. Yes talent should win but let’s not forget previous openers that were guarantees, UCLA, Florida State TWICE, Mississippi State, USC. Wisconsin. Cmon man !
Some people want to allow multi national conglomerates to run roughshod over their communities with impunity. That’s downright stupid. How much data do “they” need? I’m not sure I approve of this “progress”

And I trust politicians as far as I can throw them. Especially Landry with his rented meth tiger and carbon capture scams and now he wants to bury nuclear waste in the gulf of America. What he should be doing is closing the Louisiana borders from illegals and Muslims.
Biggest mistake is weed eating / mowing and then using weed killer. You have to spray it when it’s high and let it die, then weed eat.
Yes for all trumps great ideas he comes up with some really stupid ones too. We need less countries with nuclear weapons not more.

And maybe stop announcing your next bombing plans on tv before you do them?

Love the guy but he can’t keep his pie hole shut and really doesn’t understand what it’s like to be poor or “middle class” paying too much for everything and everybody
Over 400 murders in 1994. 121 in 2025 and 51 so far in 2026. Much safer now. The CIA introduced cocaine and crack into the projects back then and the wars started. They also funded rap music to promote violence These are facts. Most murders between rivals not citizens. New Orleans is on the rise, especially because of the new mayor. Everywhere else is just Cleveland

I’ve had 3 close acquaintances have their vehicles A/C go out this past month. What’s going on ?
Am I wrong or did I just read that in terms of tax revenue the 3 biggest contributors to the state coffers are Jefferson, Orleans, and then EBR.

I don’t live in New Orleans but I know tons of young people who do including all my kids and it’s a booming, fun, busy city for those 18-40 years old. It’s not a dump. It’s VERY active and anyone who is there on weekends can attest. I think people who don’t visit don’t really know what’s going on. And no, I don’t know anyone who goes to New Orleans East. That’s a whole other subject and is not what we consider part of New Orleans in conversation. And believe me when I say those locals don’t go to bourbon st which is 1/6000 of the city. It’s basically for dumb tourist and punks and thugs.

Why aren’t they forced to drop prices to an equal amount for ALL consumers? Why do the NGOs get the freebies?

Thomas Jefferson was born in Virginia for those who are confused
She also should be charged for theft and littering
