Another issue, is that people with 4-5% rates that bought homes in the teens, then put Helocs on their inflated equities during the Covid boom, are stuck with trying to sell their homes at those higher prices because if they did not they would be netting nearly zero or even paying out of pocket at closing.

I have 6 tickets for sale.

2 in Sec 419 row 25

2 in Sec 411 row 39

2 in Sec 411 row 40 (chair backs)

I am looking to sell them in pairs or at least even numbers.

$50 per ticket, $100 for a pair.

All will have to be exchanged in person. I will be arriving at the Stadium around 9:00 and will be located just outside the South side of the stadium.

I will not request any money before pick up. Can either be in cash or venmo.

ULM did this about 10 or so years ago, I believe when they played RGIII in Monroe. There were some interesting plays with jet sweeps to a QB and him having the option to throw it or running an option with the added possibility of the pitch man throwing it. Don't know or think it would work against better competition.

I agree, not having Delane is a big downgrade. However last year we were able to get very little to no pressure on Chambliss, this year should be very different in that regard which should take pressure off out DB's.

Deuce is a very good receiver but they also lost Cayden Lee and Stribling from last year and did not really replace them with anyone of equal talent except for Deuce.

There's a lot of should's but if our d-line gets after it like they have the last two weeks, I just don't see many points coming from their offense.

I am very afraid of the turnovers from Leavitt, his misses are high and behind the receiver which is terrifying going across the middle in SEC play. Hopefully we are able to scheme and get those mistakes taken care of.

I think the biggest advantage will always be our defense in this game. We only gave up 24 points to them last year. One of those TD's came on a drive after a late hit on the QB on 3rd down which would have ended the drive and given us good field position.

Our defense is better than it was last year. Their offense is worse than it was last year. Our offense is better than it was last and their defense is worse than it was last year. In every possible way we got better and they got worse. I just do not see us losing this game, They may score 13 but I just do not see them scoring more than they did last year and there is no way we score less than we did last year.
