You aren’t going to be able to use his exact settings if you have a different monitor. Just slightly adjust and play around with them for a little bit....

He had a 19 kill diamond lobby and the very next game was a 20 kill bronze lobby followed by a gold lobby. I’m confused on why you are taking up on activision so much. Sbmm is a joke and just needs to be taken out....
