I really like the ponds. Have kids that love to fish.
Great info! Thanks
Walden isn’t really the same feel as Kenilworth houses.
Walden Neighborhood off Perkins

Anyone know anything about this neighborhood? Seems like it’s in a good spot, not a lot of traffic going through the neighborhood, and you can get a lot of house for not a terrible price per square foot. Obviously, it’s not the caliber of some of the newer neighborhoods, but with kids I don’t need my house to be top of the line everything.

re: 80’s Sports Drink Fans 10K is back

I always remember 10-K having a little bit of a burn going down. Was not as good as Gatorade back then in my opinion. But, I tried one today and it’s definitely better than it used to be. I think it’s better than Gatorade today for sure. My son had the blue one and I had fruit punch. Both really good.
Gatorade in the can in the late 80s/early 90s is the real GOAT.

June 1st is deadline to renew if you’re a current season ticket holder. Maybe they are waiting to see what that looks like before responding back to requests.
Just got back from Whitefish. First few days were a little rough on front side of mountain. Got some good snow on Tuesday and Wednesday and rest of week was great. Was a better mountain than I thought it would be and liked the town as well.
Wow! Amazing more skiers don’t die.
How is it possible to ski with a torn ACL?

I don’t understand how this is possible. Especially skiing full speed.

Natural Gas…
When I was in my neighborhood I think someone’s gas line had ruptured.

What kind of coach will LSU be able to attract for basketball?
Posted by Sandtrap on 1/10/26 at 6:38 pm
We were last in NIL 2 years ago and made a jump this year to get back to middle of the pack. Will the administration spend the money for a good coach and have a good plan in place for bringing in talent? We are overdue to have a tournament team and a reason to pack the PMAC. Some of my best LSU memories are from basketball games starting when I was young in the late 80s and from the 1999 season and the 2006 Final Four year. I just want to make the tournament on a semi-regular basis.
Question RE: QB Situation (Picarella)
Posted by Sandtrap on 1/9/26 at 1:16 pm
Is this guy not good enough to be a backup? I know at one point in high school Lane recruited him at Ole Miss, but then they cooled on him. He also had some other decent offers (UK, Houston, Boston College, Oklahoma State, plus a few others). Obviously, he isn’t a starter, but is he good enough to potentially be a backup to whoever we sign?

Is finishing #5 the best for CFB Playoff
Posted by Sandtrap on 12/6/25 at 12:12 pm
As great as a bye sounds, I want to host a home playoff game. Finishing #5 means you are likely playing one of the worst at-large teams or an automatic qualifier from a lower conference. Win that and your QF against the lowest ranked team with a bye. Obviously, have to play 1-seed after that, but still think hosting a game is worth it.

With the portal, it’s not going to ever be a complete rebuild. While I agree we need to keep a lot of players, I think the three above are must-keeps in my opinion.
He has had some drops, but he has also made some really good plays for us this year. Given the right coaching, I think he could be unstoppable.
Must-keep players for next year

T. Green and H. Berry need to be kept on this team moving forward. Both are playmakers and difference makers in the right offense.
Defensively, you have to hold onto Pickett.
I know there are others, but these 3 stand out right now.

The Pitt QB (Holstein) is legit as well. Him or Leavitt would be huge pickups. At one point, Holstein was at Bama and is from Louisiana.
