Let’s see what AI has to say.

Been a while since I’ve been here. Pretty much just come back in these situations.
Bored guy on a couch - so I ran some AI models.
Basically had it scour all of the message boards, news sources and betting odds and compile all the information.
It’s a bunch of bullshite but interesting to see what it came up with. Other models had Kiffin as high as 32%.
Quick highlights:
Consensus-only simulation
• Joe Brady — 21.01%
• Jon Sumrall — 17.19%
• Lane Kiffin — 16.59%
• Nick Saban — 12.59%
• Clark Lea — 9.18%
• Kenny Dillingham — 6.98%
• Dan Lanning, Eli Drinkwitz, Marcus Freeman — lower single digits
Consensus + Kiffin family-visit boost (Kiffin ×1.25 then renormalized)
• Lane Kiffin — 19.88% (increased from ~16.6%)
• Joe Brady — 19.78% (slightly down from 21.0%)
• Jon Sumrall — 16.60% (slightly down from 17.19%)
• Nick Saban — 12.19%
• Clark Lea — 8.52%
• (Others shifted down modestly)
The consensus-only sim surprisingly made Joe Brady the leader (because one of the sources heavily favored him). Different odds boards emphasize different names — that’s why the consensus approach helps average across noise.
The Kiffin boost moved Kiffin to the top in the boosted model, reflecting how family visits / private trips are often high-value signals in real-world coaching searches.

Not a solid argument. Adapting and overcoming could be leaving a current situation behind.
Sometimes places aren’t a good fit for kids. It has to be incredibly hard making life changing decisions at 18,19,20 years old. It’s a free country, move on with your life and do what’s best for you. Same reason you’d change a job you hate in your professional life.

Does the “DP” in your handle stand for “Double Penetration”?
Did we just get Lebowskied?

Keeping Winston is the absolute most import thing the Saints can do this offseason.
In what part of my post did I say Rodgers is on the decline? I basically said he’d be part of a super team. SB or bust. I’d say Saints are ready for a guy like that - like Brady to the Bucs - swoop in on a SB ready team and make a run for it. Unlikely as it is.
Rodgers gives you what the Bucs did this year and what we’ve seen in the past with teams like the Rams etc. An “all-in” season built for SB or bust.

I just don’t see him leaving Green Bay. He’s just blowing off steam, his feelings are hurt he got embarrassed.

Usually I’m able to visit with the player, and I wasn’t able to so the ins and outs specifically and how that unfolded is still to me a little bit cloudy. I tried texted him, tried calling him, direct message. He texted me back and then the next day we weren’t able to speak.
This is really weird, frustrating... I know there are two sides, but this definitely feels a lot like Mark's agent's doing.
Yeah that - or - seems like he wanted a change. Not sure why, but I think the Saints definitely would have given him a better deal than what he ended up getting with the Ravens.
Oh well, he’ll be missed, but I think Murray brings a different dynamic that teams aren’t used to seeing from us.

That’s a tough one to answer. How many times have we seen Brees develop/make a receiver and then (they) go somewhere else and be complete garbage?
My initial reaction is to say pay him, and bring in another top WR to make one last go at the SB. Then - cross your fingers and hope we can bring in a stud rookie QB to take over the reins, make some top FA grabs, and model with the Rams have done.

His wife may want out of Seattle, but the only place she’s going with “New” in it is New York.

I don’t even think “they” had the decency to do that. They busted right through.
A housewife rapping? Man these people ain’t Saints fans. No way.

Yes. Nothing will be done. Now I know how Cowboys fans felt with the “is it a catch?” Dez fiasco.

This incident made me realize i'm way too emotionally invested in spectating this sport. No more of that. frick the NFL.
Exactly what I told my wife. I can’t feel like this anymore. 2 years in a row - down right can’t enjoy the damn games....I should be thankful but it’s been hard to think clearly about the whole situation.
re: Sean Payton loss that game.

Just because I disagree with the call doesn’t mean I’m wrong or you’re right. It’s a difference of opinion. It didn’t work. It gave the Rams a free time-out. Plain and simple. Didn’t lose us the game - that was a culmination of things - but the right call could’ve finished it.
