What I’ve gathered from the internet in the last 15 minutes: Cougars and mountain lions are relatively the same thing. Panthers are not cougars or mountain lions. Many including myself have used “cougar/mountain lion/panther” to refer to the same animal. Cougars/mountain lions are not ever black. ...
