Probably won’t be able to call them extraterrestrial aliens anymore. The Left will make up some stupid term like “inhabits of different planets”.

The Orleans DA will let him plead to the alligator charge and drop the gun/drug charges.

The police arrest, the DA charges, the perp can plead NG by reason of insanity, and the court appointed psych doctors determine whether he is mentally fit to stand trial.
Sorry Mr. Mayor, you don’t get to diagnose and waive charges.

He still makes $60 mill/year and has for many years. I’m sure he isn’t worried if the halftime show was a flop and the game a snooze fest thus far.

Hunter did not need to fly to an island to find debauchery. He found plenty stateside and sometimes within his own family.

Hard labor has been a thing in sentencing for a long time. Just more judicial activism.
Hard labor is what determines a felony in Louisiana. LaRS 14:2- “ ‘Felony’ is any crime for which an offender may be sentenced to death or imprisonment at hard labor.” If successful in this case, they’ll probably argue that any convicted felon should have their conviction overturned (and be allowed to vote Democrat).

They want electric cars, electronic appliances and thermostats , electronic funds, all so they shut you down if they think you need to learn a lesson for disagreeing with them.

They’ll consider taxing daily steps next. And maybe calculate breaths per minute and they can figure a way to tax the air they breathe.

If being the self-declared, banner-waving 2003 SEC champs and a CFP semi finalist didn’t land top tier talent, the NIL money probably helped bridge the gap.

It feels like the Woke nonsense has flared back up to some degree with businesses again becoming overtly political and anti-ICE, standing with Minneapolis, etc. The year of silence was refreshing.

Need to put the pressure on the malpractice carriers. Let them exclude this coverage and expose the confident POS surgeons’ personal assets. They’d start doing fewer procedures if not stopping them entirely.

Modern Practical Nurse Pledge
Before God and those assembled here, I solemnly pledge; To adhere to the code of ethics of the nursing profession; To cooperate faithfully with the other members of the nursing team, and to carry out faithfully and to the best of my ability the instructions of the physician or the nurse who may be assigned to supervise my work; I will not do anything evil or malicious, and I will not knowingly give any harmful drug or assist in malpractice. I will not reveal any confidential information that may come to my knowledge in the course of my work. And I pledge myself to do all in my power to raise the standards and prestige of practical nursing; May my life be devoted to service and to the high ideals of the nursing profession.
