I love the portal. Choice and opportunity are good things.
Playing the “what if” game is a fun way to pass the time. Not so much for decision making.
If Bill is as high functioning and intelligent as you say, and I believe he is, he will understand it was just business. Bill and Scott may end up rubbing elbows at a future time/date/school.

When you have a competent AD this is what happens. LSU has grown accustomed to incompetent people leading the AD and it shows.

If he does end up at USC it probably won’t be for money. CA taxes will be brutal on him. It’s more likely the looming move to the SEC. Easier path to the Playoffs in the PAC. Unfortunately he will be in the same place once he’s in the PO since the probability of facing an SEC is pretty high.

I'm sure Woody cares what anyone on here thinks of his performance thus far.
Who knows if Riley was even seriously considered? All we have are so called media pundits and internet message board insiders, and I use that term loosely.
Internet message board "sauces" are the most reliable, IMO. :lol:
