Went yesterday. We ordered the traditional plate they’ve had on the food truck for years…roasted pork, rice, beans; also ceviche and tostones (we got shrimp because the fish option was tilapia, but they serve snapper in many dishes), and a marinated fried chicken dish with rice and beans and fried plantains.
Their mojo sauce is so so so f’ing good, that whatever you dip in it turns excellent. It’s that good. It’s that great.
Everything else was decent, but seemed a bit bland. They had a much larger menu than the food truck, and some good looking lunch menu options. Place is clean and nice and well thought out. The new things I tried didn’t wow me, but will 100% go back for more. Service was great and atmosphere also.

You’re right, Reaves accounted for 10% of the offense. Show the work, and what makes up the other 90%, and I’ll buy everyone in this thread a beer. F it, a case of beer.

Sticking with my original assessment that y’all aren’t good with math. By your logic, a solo home run accounts for 2 runs, since one was driven in and scored. And there are 66 runs to account for. Maybe just talk ball and lay off the math?

Bacon grease to cook veggies.
Make a stock out of ham hocks, neck bones, veggies, etc.
The good good smoked sausage.
Thyme, cumin, chili powder or puréed chilis.
Hit it with butter and vinegar at the end.
