Awesome. It looks like what I used to always eat in their Canal Street restaurant was a variation of the Bayou Stuffed Eggplant, which had shrimp, and probably crabmeat. It's very similar to the Don's Seafood recipe which I have modifed a little.

Does it have their Stuffed Eggplant recipe? It was unbelievable....
