Breath of fresh air. He’s unintentionally funny too.

NASCAR was the refresh he was looking for. Supercars debuted a new car in 23 and he hated it. I think 24 was gonna see him dip and go do sports cars full time. The nascar opportunity opened doors he never expected.

What’s self righteous about it? Shane is the bar on road courses. Wanting him to crash just so others can win is a cop out. Don’t think anyone was hoping Earnhardt crashed at talladega just so their guy can win.

And drop the “marginal driver on any other track” act too.

Dude has far less experience on ovals than every other full time driver. Cut the dude some slack.

It’s ok if you’re not a fan. But dudes a great driver who deserves credit for pivoting careers this far into it.

On Magnussen or whatever the frick his name is. frick HIM, TWICE. I wish Noah would have throat punched his arse on live TV. On anything outside of a road course, he's a field filler and most likely a DNF. He can frick right on off.

Guess you missed the part where Noah drove like a pissed off iracer. I don’t condone a part time gig coming in and wrecking a regular. But Noah deserved getting stuffed in the wall. And I wish Noah had punched him…. Front row would’ve fired him on the spot.

And frick NASCAR FOR GETTING RID OF THE 4TH OF JULY DAYTONA RACE

Blame Daytona for that. They now have 4 major tourism events instead of 3. Daytona on the 4th will never happen again.
Pretty sad when someone crashes and it makes you happy.

I hope so. They will never regain the 2022 form with Chevy.

Spire seems pretty entrenched with Chevy. And I think 2/3 of trackhouse drivers are contracted Chevy drivers. I’d love for Trackhouse to leave Chevy. I’m not sure if Dodge is who they’d leave for.

What other team jumps to dodge next year with kaulig? I think hyak is the most likely option.

There was supposed to be one around Kentwood I think. Think it was supposed to be a 1 mile oval. And LA screwed that up like only she knows how.

1 a year is fine for me. But I won’t be mad if there are 2 street courses next year. I’d like to see Portland, road America, Virginia all host races. I’d love to see these cars at road Atlanta, but I doubt Michelin would be ok with that.

I’d like to see Canada or Mexico once a year. Hell I’d like to see both but realistically you could see one. I think 6 is the number.
NASCAR fans aren’t asking for a ton of road courses. We just want enough representation to be taken seriously. Less than 20% isn’t that much. They just need to be spread out.

Street courses are the new racing venues. No ovals are going up. Not many permanent road racing circuits are going up either. It’s more cost effective to put up temporary circuits on city streets.

It pisses me off. I’m getting real tired of the no road courses crowd. Like 30+ ovals aren’t enough

This doesn’t feel right that Sunday is the final road race of the year. Roval should still be on the schedule for this year. The oval could’ve waited a year to return.

FWIW I’ve wanted the Roval swapped for the oval for years. But I figured there would be another road course replacing the Roval later in the year.

Gragson in 23 is the worst I can remember. He hasn’t progressed much from that.

Connor has never struggled like this. It’s borderline comical how bad the 88 has been.

SVG revenge tour. Field in for a world of hurt this weekend.
So my question to Denny is “how long should KM have put up with Noah?”

I get invited to a party and someone is a total jackass to me, imma let em know. KMag supposed to just sit there and take it? Because he’s not full time? Nah. I’ve got no issue with KMag wrecking him.

I take more issue with the 4 team not redirecting their driver. They should’ve told Noah to let it go and let him go.
As do I. All mags wanted to do was race. Noah made sure to give him a hard time. Noah isn’t half the driver mags is.

I’m not sure Magnussen started it. Or if he did, that first contact had Noah basically parking that on entry of 12B. Can’t really pin that on mags when guy in front is defending as aggressively as Gragson was. Noah wasn’t interested in a guy making his first start getting by him.

Noah isn’t cup level.

SVG gonna have to pull some results out of his arse now to make chase. Needs to win next week. Be top 5 at Atlanta and Daytona. And get more top tens along the way. San Diego was worst case scenario.

Carson Brown is who I think. He’s their next prospect.
