LSU 2019 is the GOAT.

People even copying the Gat dance in the White House.

End this argument now.

I’ve said the lakefront airport by UNO would be a good place for a “street course.”

Not many permanent race tracks going up anymore. Better off doing street races anyway.

Yeah. Not sure why people push back on street courses. Damn near every racing series globally runs on them. Why can’t we have just 1?

Yeah. I’ve read San Diego is only this year. I think St. pete and Long Beach will be options in the future. I’ve heard Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cincinnati. There are ways to get creative if they allow it.

Where you think the next street race is after San Diego? I’ve read Denver could be an option.

I’d like to see one run at the lakefront airport in New Orleans. There’s a legit layout there.

Max at San Diego would be epic for NASCAR. Everyone knows his name.

Won’t be a Supercars guy. They race that weekend.

At what point do we axe the all star race as a weekend? Make it a 37th points race and move the “all-star exhibition” to the Wednesday before the 600.

What was the quote from SVG?

Whether we win or not this is badass.

Don’t think you have to worry about the roval coming back any time soon.

COTA is fine. It’s just a track that presents a ton of different challenges.

Road Atlanta would put on an amazing cup race if Cup could ever run there.

That drive through the field is legendary. Why that’s lamented and not celebrated is mind-blowing to me.

As an SVG fan I love watching him dominate.

He’s driving the fan base to want road courses off the schedule.

Need to go back to 6. Not go down from 4. I was happy with 6 when I was a Harvick fan. Road racing is more interesting to watch. I like strategy though.

They need to do something about this car though. A road course shouldn’t be hard to pass.

re: Yeskie pitching approach

I think everyone in this thread expects a collegiate pitcher to be able to throw more strikes than balls.

A foreign concept to LSU with the exception of a few few guys.

And we continue to call pitches like our guys have elite command. We have the worst ERA in the SEC. And I’d swear we lead the country in wild pitches. How does that not fall on the pitching coach?

Looks like Yeskie struggles to develop guys who don’t pound the zone.

Just about every pitcher in the last three years that can locate, they all get better.

Those that don’t locate well, get worse.
Not a movie but the SNL scene with Richard Pryor has me constantly in tears.

Zero chance that gets made today. Comedy used to be great.
Not their fault the district is weak.
I’ve heard people mention a cap on opponents wins. Like maybe a max of 15 points for a loss.

I’ve been on the train for adding multipliers on district games. Maybe district wins count for 1.5 wins. Maybe losses count for 0.5 wins.

The caveat is the number of district games. That ranges from 4-14 throughout the state.
How realistic would it be to require teams to have winning records going into playoffs? I can’t imagine it’s all that possible.
You’ll have a 6a before everyone gets back together. Everyone that’s D1 (both select and non-select), enrollment disparity is too large, in my opinion. You’ll have schools that barely have 1000 kids competing with schools pushing 2400 for a championship. It’s essentially P4 vs G5.
They won’t go to 32, but I was saying they could with quality of teams.

Good teams still miss playoffs in D1NS. No other division has that.
You could argue that some that fall in 25-32 are just as good as those that get in as lower seeds. Some teams win 20 games and still don’t get in.

Yet some in lower classes get in with a record 10 games below .500.

D1 non select could go to 32 teams and the quality wouldn’t drop off near the level it does in others.
Heard WM making a change.

The day Ben Kennedy is running NASCAR is the day we can all relax.
