Every player that started on the Dline for us his last season at NC State was drafted. He is an unbelievable Dline coach and evaluator of talent. I hope it translates as coordinator (no reason to think it won't).
There were reports he was sick/not feeling well
I have actually thought of this every time those Heisman House commercials have come on this season. And then the year after we get Burrow and Chase hell yeah

Agreed. Get Marshall back too, then how can you cover our 3 WRs plus Moss and stop the run? Pick your poison.
I was very impressed with Brooks

Gators had no answer for him. The jump cuts and vision are exceptional. Very good in pass pro as well.
Agreed, would love to see more McMath

Yeah well it's not bum
I like your HC hire. I think Moorehead is a great addition to list of SEC coaches. Given this is year 1 in the P5 as a HC, I think he's proven himself a force to be reckoned with.

I think the outcome of this game hinges on 2 things:
1 ) If LSU will give yall the attention you deserve. Moo State is a quality team that can hang with any bigtime program. If LSU is asleep, ya'll can, and likely will, steal one here.
2) If Moorehead can adapt to and handle Death Valley. This will be his first experience in a big time, night game environment as a HC in the SEC.

I envision problem 2 actually being the deciding factor in this game.

Either way, I anticipate a quality, physical, hard-fought game with a nice chess match happening between Moorehead and Aranda.

Fellow baws, do not overlook Moo State. Night game helps us get the win here, but style points in the win depend on how awake our Tigers are.

A Jontre Kirklin Prediction

I don't know why, but I have this nagging gut feeling that Kirklin will not only be involved in the offense a little more tomorrow, but that he'll actually find the endzone.

Either way, love getting these fast twitch, shifty guys some touches as season goes on

I like him and you'd think a speedster like him will have a role, but seems like its been about Giles and then the big dudes like Sullivan and McMath.

It was an outstanding throw by Brennan and very good catch and run by McMath.

Seems like McMath is having a tremendous spring. Does anyone think he will get some playing time at wide receiver this season?

I'm a fan, he is a grown fricking man. Those strong, physical wideouts like him seem to prosper the most in the SEC. Him on a safety or small corner is a major mismatch.

4.38 Chark second run, consistent

Ensminger - OC, Sullivan - passing game coordinator

As things stand, what would you say the odds of this being the outcome are?

I think O still feels like he owes SE for helping him get him the job. Plus, to SE's credit, he's done really well recruiting lately.

Thank you for your insight. I upvote you not because I like or dislike the info but because I know you bring the information you have forward and share it with us.

I agree with you that the direction of the program is paralleling the Stovall or even Hallman eras. It is really sad to see but with the leadership we have, from coaching to admin, it was only a matter of time. Great results begin with great leadership which gets results from the top down.

This OC hire is more important than just calling plays. I believe this will ultimately answer a lot of questions about who currently is calling the shots and pulling the real strings behind the curtain. If it's Ensminger, program will begin its decline or in the best case remain static. If its someone like Gilbert or Yurich, which seems unlikely now giving your info plus your record of accuracy, then we at least know the powers that be are aware of the climate and what it will take to advance as a program.

Either way, thank you tigerbaitlawyer and :geauxtigers:
