Lol brother! I have a small little bicycle tire of visceral fat right above my belt line. I have a solid four pack above that I’m hoping my HGH kicks in soon and takes care of that.

Visceral fat is tough. I’m 48 and good shape myself. I do lots of death wheel roll outs and multiple oblique exercises. I think I need a higher cardio/caloric intake plan.

So glad my family prefers the mountains!!!! The more secluded the better for us! All three of my kids wanted mountain graduation trips.
