I am worried about Martinelli now. I don't think they have anyone on the roster who replaces him, and I also don't think they will bring in anyone better than him with such short time left in the window.

Would like to get one more defender still, no telling what setbacks Saliba will have.
Didn't know you could even be banned unless you posted porn
The overhead camera angle has a green tinge, while the field level one acutally looks gold.

My phone alert didn't even have a picture for him in the lineup

Seems a fairly weak lineup today, at least to start.
Ok, the one I saw said he was offered to United and Chelsea

MLS being offered to other clubs, is this just a rumor or actually true?

Makes me wonder why. Also saw rumored interest in Neto, and thought why as well?

Was he on? The replay Youtube showed was poor, you couldn't tell anything.
more half chances than anything though
Tzolis & Dowman are about the only positives I can take from this
Early goal conceded, with 2 first match starters there on the backline. Need to clean it up still. Maybe 3 if Timber isn't ready yet.
Only 2 total touches in the box for Betis that half too

And on the other end Arsenal were pretty wasteful with a few missed opportunities

2nd half brought on Gabriel and Martinelli, and a bunch of guys who wont play. So of course the team did nothing.
I did not like the away/2nd kit. Navy too dark for me.

But I might buy the 3rd kit. Like that yellow

I got on the train in 99/00, back when the US market had Fox Sports World as our only way to catch the Prem. Max Bretos at the helm doing all the nightly recaps. Arsenal were so fun to watch then, Henry in his first year with the club and the announcers belting out a passionate long drawn out Henrrrrrrrrrry each time he was involved.

What are your thoughts on this colorway? Am I wrong in vibing with it, or is it trash? Black & Orange are so different

Rice needed to numb nerve pain last season and hasn't been 100% the WC, while Saka still hasn't recovered fully from his achilles issue.

Will these guys be ready with only a month off?
You think anyong gets in trouble for that, since it's against Fifas rules in all? Or just throw money/fine at it.

4-5 months for Saliba

When I heard minor I had it in my head just a few weeks, 2 months at most

:banghead:
Before this WC never did I think I would say this, but Argentina are the weakest side in the semis.
Angry Croatian

Saw this tweet about the match today and it made me laugh. There's just no consistency whatsoever with the officiating in these matches this WC.
I'm not discouting the match today. I've been pretty transparent all WC in how I view the officiating and failure of VAR. Far too many missed calls all tournament. VAR is there as a failsafe to fix incorrect decisions, or missed plays from the Official. We've seen obvious handballs missed by Officials, which somehow get passed through the VAR check and given the green light. None of it makes sense.
