My biggest concern w Coastal is Bodine’s apparently magical framing ability (haven’t watched them but I hear so much about this) combined w Jeff Head calling balls and strikes. I’m guessing he only does one game of the series but every game in a 3 game series is precious. Whichever game that is LSU can’t take anything at all that’s close.
But I also have faith in JJ that he knows this and will adjust accordingly.

They'll bottom our next weekend after getting swept by Tennessee. They'll be 3-12, then they'll start finding it as the schedule starts easing up. They'll make the post-season by getting hot late. I have faith in JJ to put it together.

The last 2 LSU baseball games I attended, the last game of the weekend series against Texas in 2019 and last Saturday at Dell Diamond against Iowa.
Both were loses, so I’ll be watching from home to help out the team.

I’ve always thought he’s the type of coach you hate if he’s your opposition but love if he’s your coach.
