I, and several of my people played this game for years. Get a VA Attorny and they will pull all the records, use precedents, and the correct wording and simplify things. Mine cost me 20% of lump sum and that was it, all future benefits are mine. Well worth it IMO.

Can’t speak for the whole 20+ years, but as of 2008-09 the in country med records didn’t communicate with CONUS records. Thank goodness, as the company medic , I kept all the records. My guys hit me up for several years for records the VA didn’t have.

My dudes. I’d rather let 100 bad guys in then deny 1 good guy.
Since the first time I rode in a Prius, I wished an F150 had this power train set up. I don’t need 10k lbs towing and 400+ hp to get my camping gear and bicycle to the mountains. But 30-40 mpg would be sweet. If I need to tow heavy, I’ll get a 3/4ton.
I do not disagree with you... I wish is was this simple... you have no idea how i wish it this was simple... I mean, really, i wish it was this simple...

Is it not accepted it was posterior right entry, anterior left exit?
