Did you ever think that maybe it had to be shorten for other reasons

I know some of the counties in Georgia close to Auburn have a higher percentage of AU fans than the rest of Georgia
In SE Tx there are a lot of LSU fans especially with the Acadians because of the fact that their family at some time lived in Louisiana

I do know that there are quite a few Bama fans in Mississippi and closer you get to Alabama the more you will see

You have every right to support UGA
My problem is not with that type of sidewalk fan

The problem is if someone from Georgia becomes a fan of Bama and starts wearing Bama shirts and acting like Bama is something great

It is not about sidewalk fans who support a university where they are from
They pay taxes so they have that right
It is someone from say Arkansas who supports Ole Miss but he had zero connection to that university and resides in another state

Different levels of sidewalk fan
Someone from Alabama who's entire family is from Alabama is more accepted sidewalk fan than someone born and raised in Florida who likes Bama and wears their clothing like he has something to do with their sucess

If not you are not much of a man to me

I am all for sidewalk fans who support their home state
Home state pride is what the SEC is about
You have to have pride from where you came from
