Idk about usage, but via email bill notice, my Energy bill went up $40 to $257 this past month.
When I was in my 30s, no exercise, I was consistently around 30 sometimes even high 20s. Late 40s now and I'm typically 40-45. Test 2-3 times a yr. Exercise free weights and cardio 4-5 days a week.
