Mid 40s. I ran 6:25 in my first mile off a 22:00ish 5K last December . That was around mostly 25mi/wk on the treadmill.
I'm out of shape again right now, but hope to run an all out 6min/mi by December when I'll run the 5Ks again. ...

I dont think the new Lexus GX will be anywhere as reliable as their old models. Too much tech and I the engine will be similar to the Tunda 3.5TT. Check the forums, the Tundra engine is getting replaced a ton....

So now people are resorting to that compound stuff for cheap. A girl at my work bought maybe 3 months supply for $400 from a company in FL.
