When the bad guy turns and folds into a bat and flies away, I won't even be surprised.

That seems like one of those things that's never prosecuted in and of itself but rather thrown in with a slew of other charges.

One of my classes in law school was Corruption and Compliance. In the mock gov Suspension and Debarment Office/civilian board of contract appeals, I defended the contractor on defaulting and failure to maintain due to partial circumstances outside their control. I learned that even if the government fricks up, the contractor still holds liability. The risk is debarment and forfeiture of profits.

Not sure how that works, but if that markup is approved in each of those companies' contracts, then how is that illegal?

Contract Officer error. Most of the time it's not suppliers who fail, but the government themselves. The clause is supposed to ensure the US Gov is always receiving the most fair and equitable price available, specifically on non services and non-construction contracts. It applies to basically widgets or defined end products.

It is supposed to safeguard the government from overpaying for any particular item, but if nobody is watching the store, then there's no point to the clause.

was marked up 4 times before it was sold to the government. It's really amazing with all of the bid/solicitation regulations that this is able to occur.

I'm not saying you're lying but if that's the truth, they could be prosecuted if it were pursued. The US Gov has a provision that they must receive the best pricing available on any single product sold, particularly commodities and software.

The clause is Favored Nations

Here come the complaints about nothing but big blue dick.

Maybe they'll incorporate pants
I just laughed at a post. Why does that upset you?

I hate to break it to ya buddy but Vince Gilligan completely blew up the idea of J+K=S on Talking Saul.

He said that Kim isn't around during Breaking Bad and that losing Kim will absolutely crush Jimmy, and they are working on writing how that will play out and contribute to Jimmy's total conversion into Saul Goodman.

COUGH

Lost some land isn't eliminated. They lost some battles too from 08-12 in Iraq, then sprung up again in Syria. What's the point?
I've never see a cause easily united against that failed so easily. Stop fricking around the Syrian government and kill these dudes. They run around in Toyotas for god sakes.

You would seem to want to solve problem A then move on to problem B. Not stare at both problems then discuss C.

Our governments end goal is confusing. Trump needs to set a clear course with these frickers. Ally with whoever is needed as a common goal to rid these people.

You people got too many problems. I'm prayed out.
You just follow me around to insult me because you're that pathetic. Figures.
I don't know man. I think the cop could have asked him to step out the car with his hands up.

The guy said he had to pull it out it might have been in his waistband and it was slipping.

I'm usually pretty pro police but this seems a bit suspect. It's bad procedure on the cops part. The guy told him he had a gun in a non aggressive manor. I don't think he was pulling on him.
Yeesh. Whose mom sewed that.

The fact that it bothers you so much that people would want to talk about theories about a fictional TV show says a lot about your personality.

It doesn't. This one just is poorly contrived.
Thanks. Hopefully she accepts me invite to dinner.
The theory is still wrong. In the show she talked about admiring Atticus Finch, how making a difference is what matters to her. That helping a local bank become a regional bank is not fulfilling.

She is going to recover and move on to something bigger like advocacy. She isn't going to be swindling and bailing out drug dealers even if she is a financier. You completely undercut the character of straight arrow Kim Wexler that never had any seeds of corruption to begin with.

But we'll wait and wait. And when the bridge gets burned and she goes her own way, we'll laugh about all the space this ridiculous theory took up on this board.

I would have to turn down Jessica Alba. I am a deep thrust man and it's known she has a shallow cervix.
You're taking this too seriously.

Also they wrong in the trailer. That eggplant get used all the time
