He won’t get past the Patriots

Future LSU QB coach or OC. Will lead lsu offense to the greatest statistical season ever in 2039 20yrs after his natty.
re: Will Jayden Be Better in the NFL Than Caleb Williams?

Daniels is better than Caleb Williams now and will be better than him in the NFL. Williams is a diva

He doesn’t come up with huge YAC like the guys you are comparing him to.
Jefferson, Chase, Nabers were incredible after the catch.
I don’t see Lacy becoming a number 1. Also Jefferson and Nabers were so dynamic they were moved all over including a lot in the slot their last season. It just doesn’t look like Lacy’s game to me. Biggest thing he needs to improve on is his hands. BTj did it in one season so it can be done

Jamarcus was a lot skinnier in high school and ran a ton. If he played in todays game he may never have let the weight get out of control (in college at least)

Let’s actually clean house on the defensive staff first jesus
re: Frank Wilson is so valuable to LSU Hope BK is taking care of him!
Posted by Silvermoon_WhereRU on 12/7/23 at 8:21 am
Never heard Frank talk about Les the way he has about BK in terms of leadership and program stability/direction. Frank is set for life at LSU. He’s got the best RB in the country in 2025 and has a top 3 back in this 24 class.

I hope someone told him he can stop eating Canes daily.

Feels like this topic has been beat to death but…..
The BCS was dropped in favor for a 4 team playoff to eliminate this problem. Alabama lost at home by double digits and they never looked dominant all year including needing a Hail Mary to beat a 6 win auburn team.
Texas lost to Oklahoma.
Easily could have thrown in the undefeated teams and the 4th spot would go to whoever you want to argue is most deserving between the 1 loss teams but my guess is Texas would get it over Georgia and Ohio State, and obviously Alabama since they beat them head to head.
There were no dominant undefeated teams but there weren’t any clear cut great 1 loss teams either. Michigan, Washington, FSU and then Texas should have been the playoffs this year.

I was there. Vincent breaking off that huge run was a beaut. They were sure we got lucky with the home win in September. Hahahaha
re: Asst Coach Robert Steeples named to AFCA's 35 under 35 list

Nothing about our pass defense or scoring defense is ranked under 35 but congrats to steeples.
re: Alabama has played their best since November
Posted by Silvermoon_WhereRU on 12/2/23 at 7:04 pm
They gave up over 200yds rushing to a terrible auburn team and needed a miracle Hail Mary on 4th and a mile to win. We should have beat them too if we had a pulse of a defense. Alabama is way down compared to prior years
re: Gonna miss the SEC on CBS jingle

They will play the same jingle when they cover big 10 games
re: Why did the Heisman trophy turn into a team award over the last couple of decades?
Posted by Silvermoon_WhereRU on 11/24/23 at 9:18 am
John David Booty was once in the Heisman race. It has nearly always been the QB from the presumed #1 team. Nothing new here

The 2020 defense was god awful, never seen a defense just give up +40yd plays like it was a 3yd run. Pelini2 at least had the excuse of it being the COVID year, and it wasn’t year 2 of his system.
But this Matt House defense is worse because he’s been here over a full season and two off seasons, knows everything he has personnel wise and still can’t field even a remotely effective defense, fundamentally horrible, and has so much more talent than 2020 Pelini yet still can’t figure out who the best players are that should be playing. Also took the best impact defensive player we’ve had and made him disappear into a NB

This must be John Parker Wilson’s doing as payback for Laron Landry destroying him in 2006
re: LSU would have a legit chance at 12 team playoff
Posted by Silvermoon_WhereRU on 11/22/23 at 10:11 am
The defense is so far beyond terrible this year I don’t think we’d get to the natty in a 12 team format. It’s the worst defensive team I’ve seen since the Lou Tepper 90s
re: Ryan Leaf: Jayden would be backup at Washington and Oregon, not a real Heisman candidate
Posted by Silvermoon_WhereRU on 11/22/23 at 10:09 am
Ryan Leaf’s way of telling the world he has relapsed
re: UGA is very lucky LSU has a bad defense
Posted by Silvermoon_WhereRU on 11/22/23 at 10:08 am
Our defense now is worse than Kirby’s offenses were his first few years as head coach. Hopefully Kelly figures out recruiting on defense is more important than signing subpar players from tier 2 schools
UGA struggled for years with a terrible offensive system under Kirby. Wasn’t until they had a chance for a mulligan after blowing the SEC Championship game that he got the natty

re: Is Jayden Daniels the BEST QB LSU has ever had? Yes…even better than Joey B?
Posted by Silvermoon_WhereRU on 11/22/23 at 9:58 am
I love Daniels but Burrow was just different. If Daniels gets decleated like Burrow did in that 2018 bowl game, I’m not sure he would ever return.
Burrow took that shot against Clemson by the mongloid and cracked his ribs. Still finished the game as MVP and could have scored another if not for kneeing inside the 20yd line at the end.
Burrow was built different. Absolute killer. Daniels is the most dynamic QB I’ve ever seen running and throwing, but Burrow was unstoppable
